Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of receipt for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted for items purchased in error (including incorrect size, model, color, or brand). We kindly ask you to carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods, depending on the nature of the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to initiate a return
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Return the item using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
